Some of AdCo's many service projects sponsor local school programs such as Key Club, Builder's Club, Bring up Grades and K Kids as well as help support community programs including the Adair County Resource Center and the Salvation Army Christmas fundraiser.

AdCo presented its annual $250 Key Club Scholrship to Key Club member Aubrey Helderman. the award was presented by Lt. Governor Fay Dodwell during the Stilwell High School awards program.
AdCo members brought nchildren's gifts to be donated to the Salvation Army.and prepared Christmas cards to be sent to potential Strawberry Festival Arts and Crafts Vendors.
